Robotic Product Design
Concept and industrial design for devices with robotics inside: layout studies, mechanism placement, enclosure design and a full 3D design file package for civilian and commercial use.

Accepting first projects
Pyronyx Dynamics is a young design studio for civilian robotics. We design devices with robots inside them, solve mechanical and kinematic problems, build prototypes quickly and run honest functional tests.
Civilian and commercial applications only. Deliverables: 3D design files, physical prototypes, technical documentation.
02 / Capabilities
Every engagement is scoped to civilian and commercial applications. You can book any capability as a standalone service, or combine them into a full design-build cycle. All projects ship with 3D design files, a physical prototype, and technical documentation.
Concept and industrial design for devices with robotics inside: layout studies, mechanism placement, enclosure design and a full 3D design file package for civilian and commercial use.
Mechanical and kinematic engineering for robotic systems: linkage and actuator sizing, motion synthesis, tolerance studies and verification of your mechanism before it gets built.
Fast builds of functional prototypes and structured testing: test rigs, cycle runs, load and repeatability checks, delivered with a plain report of results and fixes.
Advisory for robotic projects: feasibility review, architecture choices, build roadmap and documentation planning. Civilian and commercial applications only.
03 / Process
Every engagement follows the same four stages. You can run them end-to-end for a full build, or pick just the stage you need. Timelines are honest estimates for a young studio; we will tell you upfront if something takes longer.
A 30-minute video call where we listen to the problem, check if it is within civilian scope, and decide together whether the idea is buildable. You walk away with a written one-page roadmap even if we do not continue.
We model the mechanism, size the actuators and the enclosure, and iterate on the kinematics until the motion works on paper. Two review rounds are included, with annotated screenshots of every decision.
We print or machine a functional prototype. Not a showpiece — a working unit good enough to prove the mechanism and run real tests. Parts are sourced from local suppliers to keep lead times short.
We run cycle, load and repeatability tests on the prototype and write a plain report with the numbers, what passed and what did not. Documentation covers assembly, maintenance and safe operating envelope.
Stages can be booked separately — for example, Design only, or Test-only for a prototype you already have. Pricing is scoped after the feasibility call. No long contracts, no retainers; just a signed scope document before each stage starts.

Every prototype we build goes through structured testing before it ships. We run cycle tests, load tests, repeatability checks and environmental stress. The numbers below are real averages from our first 47 test runs.
We run mechanisms through thousands of cycles to find wear points and fatigue failures early. Every cycle is logged with timestamp and force data.
Static and dynamic load tests to verify the structure holds under real operating conditions. We test to 1.5× rated load minimum.
We measure how precisely a mechanism returns to the same position over repeated cycles. Tolerances are checked with digital indicators.
Every test run is logged with timestamp, force, position and temperature data.
Test reports are written in plain language with numbers, photos and what passed or failed.
We report failures the same way we report passes. No cherry-picking, no hiding bad data.
Test-only engagements are welcome — if you have a prototype built elsewhere and need independent verification, we can run it through our bench and send you the report.

Whatever stage you book, every completed engagement ships with three artifacts. You own all of them outright. No subscription, no locked files, no vendor lock-in — everything is yours to keep, modify and hand to any manufacturer.
Complete 3D models of every part and assembly, with native source files and open exchange formats. You can open them in any CAD system and send them straight to a machine shop or print farm.
A working unit, not a display model. It arrives assembled, tested, and labelled with a serial number. Spare wear parts and any special tools needed for disassembly are included in the box.
Plain-language assembly manual, bill of materials, maintenance plan and a safe operating envelope sheet. Written so a technician who never met the design can build and service it.
All deliverables transfer with full IP rights on final payment. We keep an encrypted backup for 90 days in case anything is lost, then it is deleted. You can request re-delivery of any file within that window at no charge.

Pyronyx Dynamics works on civilian and commercial robotics only. That is not a legal footnote — it is the foundation of the studio. Below is how we advise, and exactly where the line is.
You bring a problem or an early idea. We help you decide whether it is worth building, how to structure the mechanics, and what order to do things in. Sessions are recorded, and you get a written summary within three working days.
Video call with screen sharing. We review your sketches, CAD or a physical mock-up and talk through the next steps live.
You send files and questions. We return an annotated report with recommendations, risks and a suggested sequence of work.
Civilian and commercial applications. If the robot helps people, moves goods, teaches, or makes something — it is in scope.
These are off-limits regardless of budget, client or deadline. If a brief touches any of them, we decline before the first call.
Every engagement starts with a short scope statement signed by both sides. It names the application, the operating environment and the end user. If the scope later drifts toward a restricted use, we stop work and refund the unused portion.

Three projects shipped so far. Here is what those clients said, word for word. We do not edit the quotes, and we do not add reviews we did not earn. This section grows only as we deliver.
Pyronyx told us upfront that one of our ideas would not work, and they were right. They redirected us to a simpler linkage that does the same job for a fraction of the cost.
We had a napkin sketch and a deadline. Three weeks later there was a working gripper on our own line, plus a manual our technicians could actually follow without calling anyone.
The test report was the most honest document we have had from any vendor. Two failures were logged and explained in plain words, with fixes already proposed on the same page.
Every review above maps to a delivered project with a signed scope document. No stock photos, no bought stars. When we finish more builds, this section grows — one honest field report at a time.

A short email is enough — describe the robot, the use case, and the deadline. We reply within 48 hours with a one-page feasibility note. No lead forms, no discovery questionnaires, no third-party schedulers.
